“Veere Di Wedding” actress, Sonam Kapoor and her long-lasting lover, Anand Ahuja’s upcoming wedding is the discussion of the tinsel town nowadays. The reports around their marriage began doing rounds when a source told a leading daily that Sonam and Anand would tie the nuptial knot in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. From that point forward, each day there is some news or the other with respect to the same.

The most recent buzz according to a report in the Bollywood Life is that there would really be no wedding cards for Sonam and Anand. Try not to misunderstand. We didn’t state ‘no wedding on cards’; we said ‘no wedding cards’. What we basically mean is ‘save the paper’ and enters into the world of being eco-friendly. The report cites a source saying, “Both Sonam and Anand have faith in paper conservation. They believe that wedding cards mean a lot of misuse of paper. Henceforth they have asked their families to not print any invitation cards. Rather, they have outlined an elegant digital wedding invitation together which will be sent to their companions and relatives on their telephones or via social media platforms.”

Amazing! It appears that our celebs are hell-bent on a spree of environmental conservation. Just a few days back, there was news of how Milind Soman is planting saplings as a return gift to his wedding guests. What’s more, now, it’s Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja saving paper by not printing wedding cards! Well done folks!

A couple of days back, Sonam herself opened up about her thoughts on marriage. She was quoted as saying, “I think the entire thought of a marriage is more appealing to me than a wedding. I think there is excessively cash spent; it’s all exceptionally vile, and I would rather give that cash away. I’d preferably have a wedding at home than anyplace else. I believe it’s critical to do all the rituals, yet I don’t have faith in spending all that money, I think that it’s exceptionally inefficient and I’m not alright with that by any means.”
