wishnwed is a small product team building video invitations that feel like the celebration they're announcing - designed with care, priced once, ready in minutes.
§02 - Our story
How we got here.
wishnwed started out as a wedding-planning portal - vendor directory, real-wedding inspiration, planning tips. Useful, but spread thin. The one thing every wedding, naming ceremony, birthday and pooja has in common is the invitation, and the existing options always felt like a tradeoff: static template, slow turnaround, mystery pricing, or all three.
So we narrowed in. The video-invitation product is what we ship and iterate on now: pick a template, see your real invitation render with your real details, and decide if you want it. Same team behind it; just less stretched across surfaces.

A note from the founder.
We started wishnwed because the invitations we were seeing didn't feel like the events they were announcing - too generic, or too clunky, or both. So we built the maker we wished existed: see your real names and photos in the design before you pay, get the finished file in five minutes, send it through WhatsApp like any other video. Where we are now.
The wedding portal we started with still runs in the background - vendor directory, real-wedding inspiration, planning tips. It's not where the active product work goes, but it's where a lot of the editorial sense we apply to the invitations came from.
We're a small team based out of Mohali. No outsourced support inbox, no funnel script, no growth team writing pages we haven't read. Every email reply, every render, every refund decision comes from someone on the same floor as the people making the templates.
