Privacy policy.

When you create an account we collect the details you give us - your name, email address, phone number, and the password you set. If you upload media to render a video invitation we hold those files until you delete the related order from My Orders.

When you place an order we collect the billing details required by our payment partner to process the charge and any address details required for physical-shop deliveries. We don't store full card numbers; the payment partner handles that.

When you write to support, the contents of your message - plus the email address you wrote from - become part of the support thread so we can respond.

We use functional cookies to keep you signed in, remember your currency preference, and protect against abuse. We also use third-party analytics and product-improvement tools that record anonymised behaviour on the site (page views, clicks, session traces) so we can find and fix friction. The tools we use change from time to time and are subject to their own privacy practices.

When you share content from the site, we record the share action (the channel you chose, what you shared, and a short URL we generate) so we can measure which campaigns and templates resonate. If you are signed in, the share is linked to your account.

Most browsers let you block cookies in settings. Blocking functional cookies will sign you out and may prevent payment from completing; blocking analytics cookies won't affect what you can do on the site.

We use what we collect to deliver the service you asked for - render and send your video invitation, deliver shop orders, run your account, process payments, send service emails (delivery confirmation, order updates), reply to support, and improve the product based on aggregated usage signals.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

We share the minimum information required with the service providers that help us run the platform - payment processors for charges, email infrastructure for delivery and support, cloud storage for media, analytics for product improvement, and similar. Those providers act on our instructions under contract and may not use the information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information to comply with a lawful request from a court or regulator, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with fraud prevention.

If wishnwed media is acquired or merged, customer information may transfer as part of the transaction; it remains subject to this policy as it existed at the time of transfer until you accept an updated policy from the acquirer.

We keep your information for as long as is necessary to provide the service and for the purposes set out in this policy - including running your account, fulfilling tax and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete personal information except where retention is required by law (for example, transactional records for accounting).

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to (a) access the personal information we hold about you, (b) ask us to correct or update it if it's wrong, (c) ask us to erase it, (d) withdraw consent to processing where we rely on consent, and (e) raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer.

Email support@wishnwed.com from the address on your account to exercise any of these rights. We may ask for additional verification to make sure the request is genuinely yours.

You can request account deletion in either of two ways: complete the form at wishnwed.com/account-deletion-request or email support@wishnwed.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the address on your account. We acknowledge requests within a few business days and confirm by email once the account is deleted.

wishnwed is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you become aware that someone under 18 has created an account, please email support@wishnwed.com and we'll delete the account and any associated data.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information - encrypted connections, restricted internal access, and standard infrastructure-hardening practices on our servers. We rotate credentials, monitor for anomalies, and patch promptly. That said, no system on the internet is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, write to support@wishnwed.com and we'll work with you to lock it down.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a privacy-related request or have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you can write to our Grievance Officer at support@wishnwed.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within a few business days and aim to resolve it within thirty days.

We may update this policy from time to time. When the change is material - for example, a change to how we share information - we'll email account holders and post the updated policy here at least thirty days before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
