Two product categories with very different rules. Video invitations are digital and self-customisable - once rendered, they're not refundable or cancellable. wishnwed Shop items are physical and have a 48-hour damage-claim window. Details below.

1. Video invitations - no refunds, no cancellation

Because video invitations are self-customisable and delivered the moment you pay (the watermark-free MP4 emails to you within about five minutes), they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once payment is taken. This includes typos, change-of-mind, change of event, change of currency, or any other reason.

Before you pay, render as many free previews as you need to make sure your names, dates, photos, and design choices are correct. The preview shows exactly what your guests will receive; nothing else changes when the watermark is removed.

If your invitation fails to render or the file is unusable through no fault of your own, we'll re-render it for free or refund the order in full. Email [email protected] with your order number.

2. wishnwed Shop physical items

Physical-shop items - Wedding Boards, Wedding Badges, Wedding Planner Book - are eligible for damage-claim replacement or store credit if they arrive damaged. Cash refunds for shop items are at wishnwed's discretion and limited to the cases listed below.

Custom items (engraved badges, personalised journals, custom-printed boards) are eligible for replacement or store credit only, not cash refunds, because the cost of producing them is already incurred when they leave our facility.

3. How to report damage

Within 48 hours of receiving your order, send us (a) a photo of the damaged item, (b) an unboxing video that shows the sealed box being opened, and (c) a photo of the shipping box from the outside. Email the three to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, or WhatsApp them to +91-9878949765.

We aim to acknowledge claims within one business day. Once approved, we ship a replacement at our cost or issue store credit / a refund per section 4.

4. Refund processing timeline

When a refund is approved, we initiate it within two business days. The funds typically reach your account in 5-7 business days, subject to your bank or payment partner's processing time. UPI refunds usually settle faster than card refunds; some issuers can take longer than seven days in rare cases.

Replacements ship within five business days of approval, on the same shipping option as the original order.

5. Return shipping

You don't need to ship the damaged item back. The unboxing video, item photo, and box photo are enough evidence for us to approve replacement or refund. Keep the damaged item until your claim is resolved in case we ask follow-up questions.

6. What isn't eligible

Damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery, claims without an unboxing video, change-of-mind returns on personalised items, and any video-invitation order are not eligible under this policy.

7. Subject to our discretion

Each claim is reviewed on its facts and we may ask for additional information before approving a replacement or refund. We try to be reasonable; we also reserve the right to decline claims where the evidence indicates fraud or misuse.
