Terms of service.

By accessing or using the wishnwed website, mobile site, or any related product you agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy referenced here. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

wishnwed is, primarily, a video-invitation product. You pick a template, render it with your real names, dates, and photos, preview the result, and download a WhatsApp-ready MP4 once you've paid. We also operate a small physical shop (Wedding Boards, Wedding Badges, Wedding Planner Book) and run a wedding-portal / vendor directory adjacent to the core invitation product.

We may change or discontinue any feature, template, or shop item at any time. Where the change affects a paid order already placed, we'll honour what was sold or refund the order.

You must be 18 or older to use wishnwed. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Activity carried out under your account is treated as your activity; let us know immediately at [email protected] if you believe someone else has gained access.

You agree to keep your contact details and payment information current so we can deliver the service and resolve any issues.

When using wishnwed you agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; (b) access or attempt to access our systems through automated, unethical, or unconventional means; (c) disrupt or attempt to disrupt our servers or networks; (d) copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, code, or other content without permission; (e) upload or distribute content that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or violates someone else's rights; (f) infringe any third party's intellectual-property or privacy rights; (g) send unsolicited advertising or spam through the service; (h) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

We may remove non-compliant content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where the breach is severe or apparently criminal, we may refer the matter to law enforcement.

By uploading or submitting content to wishnwed - photographs, text, music, or any other material - you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You retain ownership of your content; we don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to run the service.

You grant wishnwed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and modify your content to the extent necessary to operate the service - including rendering and delivering your video invitations, storing them in your account for re-rendering, and backing up the data. This licence lasts only for as long as we hold the content on the service.

You also grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your rendered invitations (the finished video files we generate - not the raw photos or text you uploaded) in our own marketing and promotional materials. If you'd prefer your rendered invitations not be used in marketing, email [email protected] and we'll exclude them going forward.

If you upload content you don't have the right to use, you accept responsibility for any resulting third-party claim and agree to indemnify wishnwed per section 11 below.

Everything on the wishnwed site that isn't your content - including templates, designs, text, graphics, the wishnwed name and logo, and the underlying code - belongs to wishnwed media and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the templates you've paid for to render the invitations you order; it does not give you the right to copy, resell, or redistribute those templates.

Prices listed on the site are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time, but a price change won't affect orders already placed.

We may offer promotional codes from time to time. Codes are subject to their own terms (single-use, time-limited, category-limited) which we publish where the code is offered.

We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or restrict sales to a particular jurisdiction at our discretion - for example, where a payment is flagged as fraudulent or where we don't ship to a region.

You can close your account at any time per the Privacy Policy deletion mechanism. Refund rules for orders already placed are set out on the Returns & Refund page; closing your account does not automatically refund existing orders.

We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice for any reason, including breach of these terms or suspected fraud or abuse. Where we terminate without breach, we'll refund any unfulfilled paid orders.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be repaired. We do not warrant that information on the site is accurate or up to date. You assume the risk of any material you download from the service or share through it.

To the extent permitted by law, wishnwed's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wishnwed media, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, expense, or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. When the change is material, we'll email account holders and post the updated terms here at least thirty days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms; if you don't agree, please close your account before the effective date.

The "Last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
