Meet Riarth ( Ritu & Siddharth )

How We Met

Meeting him was like listening to a song for the first time and knowing it would be my favorite. I wish I could explain his first look into my eyes, and mesmerizing it gave me butterflies.“- says the bride Ritu.

“She made the first impression on me that I can’t forget, and it must have made me fall for her. She is a person who entered my life out of nowhere, and suddenly mean the world to me.“- says the groom Siddharth.

“After meeting each other all those doubts and apprehensions quickly went away and all the two of us wanted was to be with each other.”– says the bride & groom.

“We wanted a Jaipur like a wedding in Delhi. Our only idea of a destination wedding was to envision “A DESTINATION WEDDING” in our own “HOMETOWNS” rather than traveling to a different state/city. We had almost a year after our Roka to plan for our wedding. This period made us not less than any wedding planner.

Since everything at our wedding was on point, our research & people’s feedback proved hard work & patience behind everything.”- says the bride.

Vibrant Decor

“The theme of our Mehandi &  Haldi was Rajasthani-Leheriya. Our décor was bright & radiant with distinctive patterns. With the vibrant color combination of lime-green, orange, yellow, pink mixed with the purple background using Jaipuri props, photo-booths with quirky signboards, floral décor of red-white chrysanthemums & marigold, the backdrop of rose flower, paperwork art, and crafts. Grooving together on Bollywood music & Desi Dhol.

The Wedding Decor was organized in a very regal way. It was more of a Royal maharaja styled Wedding theme.”

Haldi

“The bride wore a multi-colored Lehenga(Ohdni-Pitampura) for Haldi paired with real floral jewelry rose & mogra. The entire look was complemented with needle dust mules & kept makeup fresh and hair in soft curls.”

“The groom wore Kurta Pyjama paired with arched cut embroidered multi-colored waistcoat by Gargee Designers (NFC-Delhi) and styled with steampunk sunglasses & mules by Monk Story. “- says the bride.

Mehendi

The bride looked pretty in Olive colored digital print lehenga curated by I Am Design(Shahpurjat). She kept her Mehendi look minimal with simple makeup & braided hairstyle.

The groom perfectly color-coordinated with the bride in grape-green colored kurta pajama paired with front-open threadwork long jacket & Peshawari sandles.

Engagement & Sangeet

“The theme of engagement was majestic with fabulous fairy lights, flowers, drapes and a rich mix of red and gold elements create the perfect festive ambiance! A little fun and lots of smiles, a jazzy sangeet night was followed where all the guests had so much with the dance performances.”-says the bride.

The couple spotted perfectly coordinating wine-colored outfits for their Engagement & Sangeet. The bride donned a flowy Tale Wine Gown well-crafted with customized designer silverwork, glowy look topped up with chameleon eyes makeup pairing with diamond-shaped danglers.

While the groom looked dapper in 3pc Italian-Cut Wine Tuxedo with wooden bow slipping into a pair of handmade
patented black shoes.

After the ceremony, a jazzy sangeet night was followed where all the guests had so much with the dance performances.

RiarthदीWedding

“The Wedding theme was royal & intimate like Jodha-Akbar. From our outfits to the grand decor, everything was done in the maharaja style.”-says the bride.

Peach Bridal Lehanga with colorful sequins (Sudhir Bhai) with heavy jewelry contrast pink dupatta & natural makeup made the bride’s entire look so graceful. Also, the pastel peach sherwani with contrasting groom accessories looked rich & royal.

“Bride in Red, Groom in Off-white is an Old School Indian Wedding theme. We wanted it to come out different & contrasting. After a lot of searches, we’d chosen peach as a combination of our outfits. But the challenging part was peach standalone is difficult to pull off in a night wedding, but taking the risk was worth it.”-says the bride.

Fun Part Of  Our Wedding Day

“We wanted our wedding to be a winter vacation for all our friends & family. These days were special for us. A time beyond compare filled with fun & frolics. They all came with endless energy and an abundant appetite to celebrate RiarthदीWedding. The Grooms squad Vs the Bride Squad competed over wedding games, grooved around with loads of fun and jollity on the union of two souls & two families making merry. The fight of LADKIWALE vs LADKEWALE was crazy.”- says the bride.

Advice for Other Brides-to-be

“Start booking venues, photographer, makeup artists, caterer & décor at least 4-6 months before. Get your wedding dresses done at least a month to avoid last min tensions. Plan your honeymoon 3 months before to save airplane, hotel expenses.”- says the bride.
