So this is a story of an adorable Sikh couple Kushneet & Gagan who had a typical high school romance and after dating for 7 years they had a grand destination wedding in Delhi. From color-coordinated mehendi & haldi outfits to spell bounded wedding looks at night wedding and Anand Karaj, Kushneet & Gagan left no stones unturned in leaving everyone awestruck with their stunning outfits at every wedding event. Not only we were hooked up with their beautiful outfits but the bride royal entry on Rajwada paalki grabbed our eyeballs.

Wedding Festivities
The couple decided to have a destination wedding in Delhi only so that all those who aren’t staying with them can also come to bless the occasion. Since all of Kushneet and Gagan’s friends are common and even their parent’s friends are common they decided to stay together and have a blast and so they did!
Mehendi
“I asked all my guests to keep it “quirky”, as many colors as possible. And the same inspiration I gave to my decor team at Bellamondè Chattarpur Delhi. I and my husband went with coordinating outfits by Liz Paul, opting for different hues like orange peach & turquoise.” – says the bride.
Engagement
“We wanted to have a “golden night” so we kept the decor theme as gold and black with lots of bling all over, sparklingly entry followed immediately by performances, ring ceremony & singer ENZO on our 8 foot high LED stage.
I opted for a champagne gold gown which I somewhat self-designed so there’s no label name. My husband went with midnight blue tux by mayank chawla which complimented my gold.” – says the bride.

Haldi
“Of course the theme had to be “All yellow”. We decided to keep this very minimalistic, so I opted for a yellow chiffon draped saree with self-done natural makeup and Gagan went with a plain yellow kurta.”- says the bride.
Wedding
“Our planner recommended us the “Padmaavat” theme after seeing our outfits. Got endless compliments for both of our entries. I opted for a pistachio colour lehenga by Aditya & Mohit, paired with my over-the-top polki jewelry from Zewrat E Noor. Gagan opted for a peach sherwani by Brahaans by Narains. Pistachio green & peach came out to be a beautiful combo.”- says the bride.
Anand Karaj
“Our pheeras were a very private affair, we kept it subtle by keeping our outfits Pink & white (no one can go wrong with this). The entire bride side was in the color Ice Blue. Again, my outfit was somewhat self-designed so no label name. Gagan’s sherwani was from Ankit V Kapoor, Shahpur Jat.”
Best Part On Wedding Day
“I had the most fun on my bridal entry on my Rajwada paalki. It was GRANDÈ! totally seized my moment! And of course the varmala.”- says the bride.
Advice For Brides-To-be
“My advice to the brides to be is to Just have fun! Trust the process and your family, friends, and vendors. Things will fall into place themselves. You just take care of that glow ? Also, wear comfortable heels ?”- says the bride Kushneet

Venue:
Bellamondè Chattarpur, Delhi. Great hospitality & amazing food. They managed around 150 of our guests staying there effortlessly. Kudos to them!
Make-up Artists:
Mehendi & Anand Karaj – @dolledupbysimran – This girl is amazing!! Gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend her. Shout out to her hairdresser – Khushi.
Engagement- Bijoyjeet Saikia– He’s a perfectionist. Very very particular and even more humble as a person. Gave me the perfect glam smokey look.

The wedding files – the happiest I was at my wedding was with my photographer. He captured everything so beautiful. Such a hardworking and polite team. Took all the precautions that are necessary these days. Highly highly recommend.
Outfits:
Wedding Outfit– Aditya and Mohit – I took a risk and changed the color of their sample from pink to pistachio. And they fully supported my decision. Sent me samples on each step as I wanted it to be perfect and they went along with me without any hassle.It came out to be better than the sample in the end (as they say) ?
