Shortly, after the lavish wedding of Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh, our Desi girl Priyanka Chopra tied the knot with Pardesi Babu Nick Jonas in a truly Bollywood Style wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. #NickYanka as they are popularly known hosted two wedding ceremonies acknowledging both Indian and Western Culture. Their Christian wedding was officiated by Nick Jonas father on 1st December 2018 while their traditional Indian wedding was held on 2nd December 2018 with much hunky-dory opulence.
Despite many controversies on their age gap, Priyanka being 36 and Nick being 26 nothing affected their love for each other. They proved that “Age has no bar”.

Ralph Lauren played the most important role in #NickYanka wedding as due to Ralph, Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra first encounter at Met Gala 2017. He himself went to Priyanka with the sketch of her wedding outfits.
While sharing the details of the intricate design of our very favorite bride Priyanka’s dress, Ralph Lauren was quoted as saying – “The bride’s strapless column dress embellished with pearlescent sequins was overlaid with a hand-embroidered, high-neck coat with scalloped sleeves and satin covered buttons. The embroidery included eight significant words and phrases selected by the bride, including “Family”, “Hope”, and “Compassion”.

After designing the fabulous outfits for # DeepVeer, every bride’s favorite Sabyasachi designed splendid outfits for Priyanka & Nick. Priyanka Chopra dazzled in custom red Sabyasachi lehenga while our dapper groom was so good-looking in silk sherwani.
It took 3270 hours to create PeeCee’s radiant ensemble. Yes, it took that much time to create that masterpiece. Sabyasachi Mukherjee gave every bit detail of the outfits by saying- “Priyanka Chopra makes for a stunning bride in a custom red Sabyasachi lehenga. Hand-embroidered and hand-cut organza flowers, French knots in silk floss, delicate Siam-red crystals and layer upon layer of threadwork embroidery creates this piece of impossible couture. 110 embroiderers from Calcutta, India took 3270 hours to create this modern masterpiece.”
In addition to it, Sabyasachi also described Nick’s outfit- “Nick Jonas wears a hand quilted silk sherwani with hand-embroidered chikan dupatta and a chanderi tissue safa. His rose cut kalgi and Syndicate diamond necklace are from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection.”
